Hi, All.

Hope your week is going well.

I have a card "lift" from Karolyn Loncon on the Ellen Hutson Youtube channel. It's a tri-fold card using the Altenew Vintage Rose stamp set and die. Karolyn's card used The Ellen Hutson Essentials Large Blossom stamp set which I love but don't own:(

It was a very fun card to make.

I'll have some more paper doll tags soon.

Good night.
Talk to you soon.

Paper dolls continued

Hi All.

I spent yesterday evening coloring with Copics, and Prismacolours and Crayola twistable pencils.

Her name is Summer by Julie Dougherty for Prima. I stamped her on  some Trader Joes ad paper.
The paper soaked up lots of Copic marker but blending was not all bad?
I also used some Prisma- colour pencils.
I got the brilliant idea of framing her. I'll take her to work for display.

This cute guy is from the My Favorite Things "You Gnome Me" stamp set.
I colored him with Copics some time ago. I had the base card from a shaker that just didn't stay together, work for me.
I am quite happy with the re-working. I used seed beads for the shaker material.

I am starving! Think I'll have lunch at Mariano's.
Talk to you later

More paper dolls

Hi, all.
It's back to work tomorrow. Dr. didn't find anything. Blood pressure ok, no rails or rattles.
I'll do blood work tomorrow. Maybe that will tell the story?

I have a couple more paper dolls.

Most of the dolls have names but...

I love the leopard boots on this 60's mod girl.

That's all I have for you. Thanks for stopping by.

under the weather

Hi, All.
I have not been feeling my usual chipper self these last couple of days. Low energy. I have a Dr's appt. tomorrow.
I have had some time/energy (I've been off work) to work on some coloring and finish some of my paper dolls.

She's a Jamie Dougherty stamp colored with Prismacolour pencils.
I wanted to try the stamp on design paper.
The blending wasn't as easy/smooth as I would have liked but...
I also need to go in and darken the left side of her hair.

Chiara colored with Copics and paper pieced.

That's all I have tonight. Talk to you tomorrow!
