goodies

Hi, All
The Daily Marker is having a goody giveaway! See the picture in the sidebar?
In celebration of  Kathy's first time having a card featured in a publication!
Paper Crafts Magazine!  Most of the items Kathy used to create her card are
in the giveaway.
Not sure why it took so long-her cards are exceptional.  I've lifted many times,
and don't miss a day without visiting her blog.
Good luck to all.

copic prismacolor wekend

Hi All!
I have been working on Christmas images using Copics and Prismacolors but
I have a couple of card images to share.

This is a gatefold card-not sure where I lifted it. I love Hedgie!
This is my version of the card from Shari's class a couple of weeks ago.

This little treat box was easy and fun. Too bad I can't remember where I got it.
Back to my Copic/Prismacolor practice.

Have a fun day.

labor day eve

Good morning, friends!
Quick post today. I saw this tutorial from Whiff of Joy site some time ago.
I fell in love with the image. I followed Jeannette's instruction pretty closely. I only
changed the colors of the Prisma pencils (didn't have the specific colors)

Here's more detail.
I love "the process" The image was colored first with copics (flat, even coloring)
The shading was done with the pencils. What fun.
I have another WOJ image- Wee and Drum. I'm going to do this one on my own
and see how it turns out.:) I'll post it later?
Have a fun day.

pure innocence

Hi.
Here's a little something I colored with copics.
Pure Innocence digital image.
I paper pieced
her dress and created the grass. Her knees look splotchy, don't they?
Is that from too much ink?
Not so sure about the background paper-it's distracting?! I'll take to work for my
"gallery"
