Happy Memorial Day

Hi All!

Hope you're having a wonderful holiday week-end.
When we were kids we would go to the cemetary every Memorial Day...
as an adult not so much:( I am thankful to all those who serve and have served, to family and friends who have "gone" before, who inspire me still!

I have some cards to share...

These are all Penny Black stamps from a set called "paint the town" colored with Copics.

I've colored this LOTV stamp before but it's so much fun...

Happy Mothers Day!

Hi. Just want to know what happened to spring? Last couple of days
have been in the forties, super windy and partly cloudy:(

Anywho... got some more pics...

 

 

This is a pure innocence image colored with Copics. I created the polka dots on her dress with dark shade of Copics and white sharpie pen.
The background was created using Perfect Pearls and Versamark.
What a fun technique and so pretty in real life.

Hope you have a lovely Mom's day. Mandie made a huge breakfast...delicious!

How's everyones week-end going?

I have been busy working on some paper projects.

 

This box (not finished) is from Shonz at the art of crafts. She used a lot
more embellishments on hers and some nifty "feet" from Tim Holtz. I decided on
an Oriental theme. Not sure about the lace...we'll see.

This image is a Saturated Canary digi. I've used it to create a graduation
(from 8th grade) for a lovely girl, Isis. I think she's super cute.

 I have some other things to show you but they'll have to wait...I need a nap!
